A collaborative and custom office redesign in a storied courthouse

Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP moved into its new headquarters, the notable Daniel L. Herrmann Courthouse, after extensive renovations by architecture firm Francis Cauffman.

Locus worked with Francis Cauffman Architects to furnish custom stations for Young Conaway Stargatt and Taylor, LLP, a law firm with offices in Wilmington and New York. The office is located in a beautifully renovated courthouse. Locus produced 80 stations in a mixture of Avodire veneer, back-painted glass, laminate, and metal. In addition to the stations, Locus produced conference rooms in both Avodire veneer and White Carrera marble.
